One is the form you complete if you have booked an order with a retailer and want us to pick up and deliver to your country front door.

The 2nd form is when you want us to pick something up from your country address and deliver it somewhere.

EG – You want your old fridge picked up from your home and delivered to your holiday home in another country town or you bought something on Facebook marketplace and want us to pick up and deliver to your country front door.
